Mid/Senior User Experience Designer

We are looking for a mid- to senior-level User Experience Designer who is an advocate for users, understands design trends and best practices. You'll focus on creating user flows, IA, wireframes and prototypes for highly functional digital products for high-profile clients. Our ideal candidate is someone who enjoys a challenge and can work with clients, UX designers and web developers to create exceptional results.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Listening: Must take time to truly understand the needs and requirements of your client and your audience.

• Synthesizing and Creating: Ability to come up with awesome ideas and then turn them into the documents of the trade: site maps, wireframes, prototypes, etc.

• Communicating: Must be able to present ideas in a compelling intuitive language and format that lay people understand.

DESIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

• 3+ years experience as a UX designer on highly functional products

• A portfolio with examples in websites, apps, branding, presentation support, and communication design

• Portfolio of live projects, including documentation samples

• Experience in discovery research and turning those findings into actionable design recommendations

• Advanced proficiency in a variety of design tools including Figma

• A track record of launched projects

• Experience staying on top of the latest in design trends

• Ability to articulate the why behind your decisions
