Art Director /
User Interface Designer

We are looking for an Art Director / UI Designer who is an advocate for users, and understands design trends and best practices. You'll focus on creating beautiful designs and bringing them to life as interactive web experiences, from pitch to final product. Our ideal candidate is someone who enjoys a challenge and can work with UX designers and web developers to create exceptional results.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Concepting and designing sites and experiences

• You are obsessive about design and user experience, have great attention to detail and a love for making things pixel-perfect.

• Developing visual identity platforms and systems

• Developing typography, palette, illustration, iconography systems

• Staying on track with project timelines

• Clearly articulating design decisions to a variety of partners

• Attend client meetings and pitches

DESIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

• 3+ years experience with digital design (preferably at an agency or design firm)

• Experience developing branding systems

• A portfolio with examples in websites, apps, branding, presentation support, and communication design

• A track record of launched projects

• Experience staying on top of the latest in design trends

• Ability to articulate the why behind your decisions
